It will take 2-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Friday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
By placing an order at inFin & Company, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to infin & Company.
We are dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within14 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days on all products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.
1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order #. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as opened merchandise will not be refunded. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We will provide a refund on unopened hair extensions within industry leading 14 (fourteen) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
3. WHY ARE inFin & Company HAIR PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because INFIN AND COMPANY will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
